For the Full Camp you need to be Intermediate or above level surfer. You should be comfortable • Surfing at a wavepool ⁠⁠ • Paddling for waves • Catching waves independently • ⁠Riding down the line If you're unsure whether the camp is right for you, feel free to reach out. For the Taster Sessions you can book whichever session/level you wish.

Yes - for the Full Camp we need you to have surfed an artificial wave before due to these sorts of wave being quite different to ocean waves. Everyone who visits the wavepool for the first time usually finds the first few sessions more challenging than expected. The waves are consistent and powerful, but they take a little time to adapt to. If you’re a high-level or experienced surfer, you’ll usually adapt quite quickly. However, we strongly recommend getting at least a few sessions at the wavepool before the camp so you can make the most of the coaching. If you haven't surfed an artificial wave before but want to join the Full Camp, please take some time to surf an artificial wave before the weekend or book a Taster session on the Friday before.

Our package is just for those who are invested in their surf progression and to receive surf coaching with Snoopy. Therefore we are not providing a surf only package.

We only provide the surf packages stated. There is accommodation available onsite of the wavepool centres, otherwise there are AirBnB/hotels nearby.

We will confirm your session times closer to the time, but we recommend you arriving in the morning so you can make the most of the atmosphere and facilities that the centres provide.

For Full Camp participants we book your waves as part of the deal, but are reliant on the information you tell us about your surfing.  We are responsible for choosing the right wave setting to suit the group, which is key to having a great experience and making progress, as well as making surf everyone is safe. happy and has a good session. You are responsible for telling us about the waves you want to surf at the camp and that match your ability level. If you’re unsure which waves are best for you, feel free to get in touch for advice. If you are unhappy with the sessions selected for the group, we recommend you book a third session that is to your liking. Remember: True surfers surf any wave and realise that there is always a lesson to be learnt on every size and situation, and Snoopy is there to coach you to ensure that you get the most out of your session no matter what.

We strongly recommend having travel or sports insurance that covers surfing activities, particularly if you are travelling to attend the camp.

More than 30 days before the camp: refund of any payments made beyond the deposit 15–30 days before the camp: 50% of the remaining balance refunded 14 days or less before the camp: payments are non-refundable If we’re able to fill your spot from the waiting list, we’ll always try to offer a credit for a future camp. We understand life happens and you may need to cancel. If so let us know as soon as possible so we can try to fill your spot with someone from the waiting list.

• Booking is secured with a payment, which is either a full payment or 30% deposit. We’ll send a reminder before the payment deadline.
